Instead of the square design you may have grown used to, the Tile Pro (2022) now looks more like a traditional key fob with a rectangular shape and rounded edges at one end.

The latest version of the Tile Pro, the top key finder available from Tile, gets a new look for this year. Certainly, the cheapest option isn't always the top choice for best key finder, though there are some value-focused options out there. Fortunately, we've tested a lot of different key trackers, and we've discovered that some are more deserving of a place at the end of your keychain than others. With all these choices, it's tricky finding the right key finder. And at some point this year, Tile is slated to release the Tile Ultra, a tracker that works with Ultra Wideband technology just like Apple's AirTag does (though Apple's tracker has also found its share of controversy). Even better, Tile's trackers work with just about any phone, something you can't say for the Apple AirTag or Samsung Galaxy SmartTag, which either limit their best features to specific devices or only work with select phones. Tile's latest trackers all feature a new look, but the important thing is that they continue to deliver the features that have kept them near the top of the best key finders list. And after revising its lineup for 2022, Tile remains the company to beat. Apple and Samsung may cast a big shadow over the smartphone world, but when it comes to key finders, they're playing catch-up to the likes of Tile and Chipolo, both of whom have been mainstays in our best key finder rankings for years.
